Will 01-03 exhaust fit 04-05?

My brother wants a nice sounding catback exhaust for his 2004 Civic EX coupe. I found an HKS hi-power catback in his budget but it only states for 01-03. My question is will it be interchangeable with his 04 em2? A direct bolt-on?

If they are both designed for a Coupe with the D17a2 vtec motor then it will work, regardless of motor it should work!
