will the car support 2 12" alpine type R with alpine pdx 1.1000 amp. i also have a 1 fared cap for it but will i need any upgrades to run this system problem free?
If properly enclosed, your civic will assurantly rattle alot with that set-up. You'll run the risk of any number of random parts shaking loose, thus rattling. Excessive regular vibration can contribute to some parts wearing down further. Just think of what would happen to anything that you hold in your hand and shake repeatedly for a long time.
Keep in mind that having a properly dimensioned enclosure is as vital for effective bass response as having proper RMS wattage to match with sub capacity. Many people just throw big subs in a big box with a powerful amp, which is a big mistake. Improper enclosures lead to bass response impairment.
