will stiffening and firming shocks mess up alignment?

Hey everyone, I was planning on stiffening my koni/gc setup because it is way too bouncy on the road. So I was just wondering the best way to accurately setup each shock? I miscounted turns and would like to start from the beginning again. whats the best way to go back to default? should I go full firmness until the twist knob doesn't turn anymore?

also would I need another alignment after adjusting the stiffness/firmness?

should I set the rear stiffer than the front? or vice versa? or all even?

Alignment is only needed when the change the ride height, not adjust damping.

What are your spring rates?
