will these accord rims fit 00 civic ex?

sorry for the newbie question. my friend's giving up his accord rims next weekend.

i think they are 4X114 ..or something. I'm not sure if they fit. Can anyone tell me for sure. He said the rims are from 1999 accord ex. picture below. thanks
