will these wheels fit?

hello guys i plan on getting some new wheels. i am looking at these wheels here. they are 15x7.5 with a 15mm offset. will these wheels fit on my 98 civic ex coupe? will they stick out past the fender? and i plan on lowering the car and running 195/55/15. let me know your guys oppinions. thanks

Will prolly protrude from the fenders. Thats a low offset
