Window goes up but not down

So I've had this problem since I bought the car but my passenger side window will go up but not down. I took everything out and checked it out and the motor seems fine so i'm not sure what's wrong. I got a switch from the junkyard but same results.

Also I can't unlock the passenger side with keyless entry or the switch on the drivers side

probably the track is binding it up, happens to everyone's 6th gen. I use some silicone spray every few months to keep it from catching. You might have to pull out all the rubber and replace it if its torn

Don't think that's it

I took the whole thing out including the window and just left the motor and the arm thing that grabs the window

it moves up and you can hear the motor going when its all the way up but nothing when i press down.

use the advanced search option here on the site and search my name for posts started by me, i had this problem and fixed it. most likely it is your door harness plug, its pretty common for the wires to pull out of the sockets

use a paper clip to bypass the switch quick and see what happens
