Windshield wipers only working on high speed?

Hey guys. I have a 1995 EG8, and right after I got my alarm installed, my windshield wipers only work on the highest speed. If I try and slow it down to Lo or Int, it just stops until I put it back to high again. If you guys have any idea about why it's doing that pls let me know. Thanks!

Installing an alarm means handling electrical wires. They may have accidentally touched something without noticing or meaning to. Check your fuses and look for any bad connections.

Worst case scenario, you need to remove the switch and clean the connections on the switch or get a new switch.
