looks like a maaco paint job, washers painted over, bumper painted over, bumper turns painted over

but i dont see any rust on the rear 1/4 panel, at least not on the drivers side, so ill give you that much

i do see rust on the hood though

OP good start since youve got a new paint job. I would start cleaning up things, and removing paint where they shouldnt of painted, mainly the turn lenses, washer squirters ect. I wouldnt just go a dump money into rims that fast. Take the time and clean it up.

Hows the interior? rear of the car? under the hood? (i know you said single mini, but other than that)
