z6 head on y7 bottom....

what's up I just picked up a 97 sdn lx and has a z6 head on it but not wired up wht all do I need 2 run vtec correctly other than running wires 2 ecu..and can I use the 2000 ex ecu that can with the car(not installed)still has lx ecu installed.....thanks guys

Will a z6 work on a Y7 head? I would think a Y8 would be the preferred head for that setup.

Well he said z6 so that's wht I'm going off of but I didn't know so is that's what's in a 2000 ex a y8? And how would I get the ecu wired up correctly as well
