well if youre having issues with the car not starting, two things to check for is spark and fuel. i would pull one of your spark plugs and check to make sure its sparking then go from there.

yeah i can help... read the following: it has step by step instructions on how to remove the tank and take out the old pump and install the new one. it even has pictures.

you can run the d15b7 with the a6 intake and exhaust manifolds and it can use the stock harness. the only issue would be not all the holes for the distributor lining up.

if you stay below 200whp, the stock engine will be good. if you want more, pistons and rods need to be upgraded. if going for 350whp or more, i would suggest valve train too.

only if you want to, but no it is not necessary. i know of four of us here in st louis that have ran turbos on d series in our crx's and used stock full size radiators.

either an oil pump leaking or more likely the cam seal. only way to be sure is to pull the valve cover off, then take the accessory belts, and then take the timing belt cover off and then see where the leak is coming from.

if you hook up a way to engage/disengage vtec, sure. there are multiple ways of doing so, some better than others. anything from a rpm activated switch to a vafc or running a one wire vtec setup from a chipped ecu will work. but best way of doing so is to use a obd0 to obd1 conversion...

check your gounds. the one on the thermo stat, valve cover, and the one for the battery.

turbo the motor you have. have more power and torque than a b swap and will complement your 3 inch exhaust

88-89 cluster will work in a 88-89 and 90-91 cluster will work in a 90-91 shouldnt have to change any wires, at most you may need to run a wire for the tach.
