got one after looking through Craig's List for 2 weeks: '93 Si for $2900! Interior is pretty good, engine runs strong, but paint isn't so good. I've been thinking about repainting it, but I can't justify spending $1500 to paint a $2900 car. I've looked at cheaper shops to paint it, but I don't know if I trust their work.

hmm...i saw a black si hatch the other day for sale in my home town....looked very clean and in good shape...

ya the si's are nice, i hav a 92 dx wit a d15b in it that i got for $2000, i think the only good thing about the si is the vtec, but if your thinkin about swapping for a b16, you should jus go wit a dx or cx. unless you want the other things it has, but good luck finding one, they are hard to find.

anybody drive a 5th gen si hatchback ? kinda been thinkin botu tradin in the 6th gen coupe and gettin one. wit the left over money i could get sum nice parts too.

5th gen do not. not power windows or locks only power mirror and sunroof. i got mine and i wanna trade it for a 94+ teg but no luck havent tried to hard either but still no luck

Si hatch are not rare I see them more the CX & VX's, the dont come with power windows or locks, they have a sunroof & D16Z6, All around disk brakes are optional, other wise they have standard DX brakes, A?C & P/S is standard, Tack, rear wiper, power mirrors,tilt streering. thats about all I can think off the top of my head righ tnow, BUT you can put EX coupe doors on any hatch plug them up & put power window & P/L fuses in fuse box & everything will work with no wiring

the 92-95 si is extremely rare, I've had a friend who has been looking for almost 6 months now.... you probably won't have enough money to get a swap right away, most people want over 5 grand for a 92-95 si

my boy has a 92-95 si vtec or w/e coupe black real nice... ill ask him if hes willign to get rid of it..hes not a honda guy anyway...
