Well started it up today after swapping MAP's and it would start and idle. Got to get a new MAP. Have a dead spot between 1500 and 3000 rpms. Think its either TPS or injector tip in. Got a buddy thats goin to let me use a stock TPS to test on the car. Will know tomorrow if its TPS or tune.

Thanks man. I am having a hell of a time with the base map and getting it tuned for some reason.

yeah I know I am cleanin it up tomorrow. I just mowed the grass like 3 to 4 days ago. Not to mention I have been workin on the car til like 12am and it has a 3" exhaust and Dynomax race muffler. Needless to say we dont have a noise ordinance. Cops where called to the neighbor's today for somethin and while I was trying to get it to tune one of the cops walked over and talked to me. He said when it was popping and cracking it was rattling stuff on the neighbor's walls.

I started cleaning it up the other night and just didnt get to finish. The guys across the steer was worse than mine and the city had to site him for it.

Got tired of messin with Crome so I have decided to go AEM EMS. I also joined the National Guard and ship off to basic training at the end of the month. If I dont get the AEM before I ship out I will when I get back and I also have to do a remote oil pump cause oil is backing up in my turbo and blowing out into my exhaust.

It wont idle or run with the inj set at the size they are. They are Bosch 600cc EV14 inj. They have been flow tested at 604cc. I have to set it at 400cc to get it to idle and run but then it idles at like 20:1 an then at WOT its 9:1. I have set the inj at 600 and at 650 and played with the pulse width and batt offset. cant get it to help at all. All 4 inj are brand new and never used til I put them in the car. They are wired up properly and the correct saturated injectors.

I ship off this month and I will get a AEM ems when I get back if I cant before I leave. May end up changing to bigger/diff injectors anyways. I am wanting to hit ~400whp and might need like some 720cc or something. I know where I can get a set of those for $100 just have to wire a resistor box back in.

That lip isnt as big as the pic makes it look. Its only like 3" tall.
