99 civic front lip

I dont want your everyday lip I want the flat one that sits under the bumper ,so does anyone know the name of it im trying to buy it I got a 4dr It may not matter but still

The SiR lip that sits on the bottom would be for a 96-98. Post a pic of the one your speaking off. I cant think of one that your mentioning for your model.

Only thing that comes to mind I guess would be the diy garage door moulding stuff people TRY to make work on there car.

If its one of this DIY lips here is one on my 8th Gen. Its in my build thread. IMO you'll need a lip to play it off too. But you can still out it on a stock bumper.
