DC5 or 09 Si

So i ended up getting the DC5. ill post some photos of it soon. The k20z1 motor is only in the 05-06 type S models. stock 210hp. I also plan on keeping the EM1 and building it. i cant get ride or her.
As for
8th gen Si comes with a k20z3, RSX-S comes with a k20a2. What the f**k is a k20z1????

They're both under warranty, buying a new car would only mean he would lose the immediate depreciation, which is how he can buy the DC5 so cheap.
