He said the the wiring harness in the civic does not match the GSR ECU so I would have to either get an Si ECU or get an OBD-1 GSR ECU and convert to OBD-1 so I decided just to convert to OBD-1. The only thing I am worried about is it passing the stupid VA emssions.
