Nah dude for 40 you get Busted, Xparty house that you have to rebuild Hes is ready to move in my mom got a house for 23k (busted) we put about 8k into the house now its worth 56K and its nowere near the condition of hes house
Iknow a guy that got transferred to Chickasha, OK and he got a decent house built in the 70's or 80's (had that sunken living room thing) and a basement (which you never see in NTX) for like $60K. It's a nice home and his yard is HUGE!
I mean it had like a brown dishwasher, yellow countertops, and this orange/brownish color carpet...but it wasn't busted.
I went up to help him put in new carpet but I didn't know jack s**t about how to do that sunken living room so we just drank shitloads of 3.5 beer and played Twisted Metal Black all day.

I wish I had a garage. I'm lucky that I have a hose to wash my own car. I have been dreaming up my future garage plans. What do you want to do with your garage?
