Heres the Personal Neo Grinta 350mm steering wheel and NRG quick release hub that i got a couple days ago, I'm still waiting on the NRG short steering hub adapter to come.

nothing will actually tighten in the steering. but the feel and control will improve.
the smaller the steering wheel is, the easier it is to turn tighter corners. and the hubs put the wheel closer to the driver for better control.
Its kinda like getting seats. They won't actually improve the handling of the car, but they will improve the drivers capabilities to push the limits.
