Now i'm contemplating getting the 00 Civic Si a BIG brother... a 00 Acura ITR happens to be for sale with only 5K on the OD... and it's in Phoneix Yellow, the BEST color for the ITR's! B16 and B18 living in perfect harmony? I think that would be GLORIOUS!!!

I do now offically have one of each.. a v8 a v6 and an I-4. Granted two of the cars are supercharged, leaving the Si stock is probably how it will stay.

Hey, nice ebp. I'm from Iowa and picked up my mr em1 at one of the Morries's stealerships up there. Check out Meng Motorsports on those coilovers. They are having a sale on Function 1s with free lcas. Let me know if you want to get rid of that shift knob lol.

Just picked up an AEM short ram... New stock rims are coming this spring along with a set of Enkei EV5's with Yoko S-drives in the summer. All simple, easy stuff... maybe an Apexi WS2 next.

that has got to be one of the nicest EM1s i've ever seen. the previous owner probably put that thing in a giant foodsaver vacuum to preserve the freshness:mrgreen: in all seriousness though, beautiful car.

Did the dealership add the fogs? The first set of pix you posted didn't have the fogs, the second set did, and the rest don't and I see the cutouts in the bumper.

Nice find.

The ridiculous FOGS where put on by one of the previous owners. I've removed them. I'm trying to find a way to replace the cutouts. They make chrome strips for the grillle. I'm thinking of purchasing the strips and painting them black, just to slighty cover the openings. With the nice weather, comes projects...

Oh you bet it happend!!! I picked up an AEM dryflow intake for my SI, and put it on this weekend. I also went out on a photoshoot with a friend of mine. We picked up a 1200W generator to power his soft box lights and took some VERY nice pictures of the completed project! Nite shots can be difficult, but these lights made it all the more amazing!
It was a bit more difficult to take the stock air box off... but it went fine. It sounds nice, you hear the engine great now... but I fight with contemplation: did I ruin the integrity of the car by modifing it? I think this fall the stock air box is going back on. This WAS a completely stock Si...

and trust me... this is just the tip of the iceberg, we are going to take MANY more photos this summer as the weather gets nicer. This was just testing the waters a bit....

Have some more work to do as far as the pictures go, some touch ups and whatnot... but a decent first effort. Things can only get bertter from here...all in all it was a VERY good investment picking up a generator and the softbox lights.

Very nice man, only thing is the 4x4 status kinda takes away from it looking completely amazing. But i see what you're saying about it being totally stock and how you want to keep it that way.But buying some name brand, high end suspension parts and leaving it at that would add even more to the overall look and feel of the car. But my $.02
