car was found in fontana, apparently the people who stole it took it for a joy ride (the races in riverside im assuming), then took it to an abandon house rolled it into the backyard and proceeded to strip it, they got all the wheels off and the front suspension when a neighbor heard the noise and actually started fightin them... physically
he got them all to leave and he called the cops, all the parts that were taken off of the car were left in the yard, so i get everything back and also they left theyre tools in the yard so i get those also
i was told that there is minor body damage and some small parts missing, they slide hammered the ignition so thats done too, its all being covered by insurance though
im very relieved thanks for your help and concern guys

they left some tools assorted nuts and bolts, gloves, some audio stuff out of a ford, jacks, a couple spares, a sweatshirt and a pill bottle with a name on it (police said they couldnt use that either)
everything is gonna get fixed for free, so now i just cant wait to get my ride back
