Power Windows Not Working (electrical problem?)

Yes, it rolls up with both master and passenger switch. I'm guessing one of the blue wires is dead like the blu/blk wire.
It actually suggests that the problem is either the passenger switch portion of the driver's master switch or the passenger window motor (less likely).

Disconnect the plug for the passenger window motor and then run your own power and ground wires to the motor. The motor should roll the window up with one orientation of the power and ground wires and down with the opposite polarity. If this happens, then the driver's passenger switch is likely bad.
