holy shyt thats my idea...i have said this over and over again..if i write a book today there will be a group of people that will blindly follow what i say..because thats what people do..they need a crutch..it will start with a group and it will continue to grow and flourish as the 12361289371371289237 religions and their 351278618937128973172347128973812798347137178931723489 sects have done so...

hahah...i've just been sitting back and watching all the discussion.
nipe...diet coke > coke > pepsi
diet dr pepper > diet pepsi > diet coke
i actually like diet root beer more, too, and diet brisk iced tea more than all of them.
^ diet dr pepper IS good - but its almost TOO good im actually trying to kick soda anyways, stick to the water and juice....makes a huge difference....couple years ago ALL i did was give up soda (didnt change my food intake, didnt do any extra working out or sports) and i dropped 9lbs in a month...

i meant weight wise. i can understand how dropping regular soda would make you drop weight quickly... but i don't see how giving up diet soda would do the same.you must be kidding

haha, i dont know the specifics, or why it does what it does - but cutting out DIET soda DID make a huge difference last time around....i dont think ive EVER drank (or is it drinken?) regular coke/pepsi...ive always liked diet soda better....i figured it couldnt hurt, it had no calories or sugar....
but im telling you, the last time i quit drinking it, the weight just dropped off....i cant guarantee it will do the same now - but i'll give it a shot anyways....i mean, regardless of it being low in sugar, it still cant be that great for me to be drinking all day

If I do not have coffee, I do not function.
I do at least use the fat-free Coffee-mate or steamed skim milk and only one packet of sugar per 8oz of coffee.
I lived in Georgia too long. Cannot pass up a "CoCola" or Sweet-tea.
