jay jay and comp, ever though about condensing the stickies to one post in each forum or say just a archive (its own forum)
its kinda annoying to scrool down everytime I go into a certain forum to just stickies all over

its not bad, its good to have the info but its kinda overkill

just my 2cents from a og board whore..

I agree with having it's own forum for the stickies...

And while you're at it, make it so noobs have to read through it and then take a quiz, and if they pass they can start posting, hahaha.

I've already suggested this on 7/24/2004 at 5:23 pm. The thread is still on the first page of THIS same forum, but here's the link anyway.

I just reread my last post, and Damn! I was harsh. It was my first post after I found out that I'm going to be working Friday instead of today. Sorry for the impatience. We are thinking on the same level, though. Only I don't think that the stickies should be done away with.... Some of them should be taken off the main page to the archive, and some should be duplicated in, or linked from the archive.

well each forum can have one sticky post up top
with stickes for that thread or just a forum full of s**t
just make it a archive forum with a thread with say 92-95 civic, then blam you throw all your stuff in there
maybe even how tos
instead of one big how to forum

not that the forum now is too overloaded

we have enough problems with people constantly asking redundant questions already. condensing/ archiving the sticky topics (thus taking them out of view) will make even fewer people read them.

but having to scroll through countless amounts of stickes for us to help the other people is just as bad

this is why we have mods, to remove the stupid posts that are asked daily and to let the people know to search or read stickes

make sur enoobs know of the forum with archive

or in each post say engine tech, instead of the 20 stickes up there (not 20 i know)
put all 20 in there, put them in anothe rforum and hotlink them all from that one thread
