stock market seriously in the shitter

my f**ken 401k from work went down like 300$ since last 1/4 and my IRA went down by 25% since last 1/4 mother f**ken piece of s**t

just be hopeful and dont touch your money. moving it now could result in worse implications. anyone witha 401K or ira shouldnt do anything.. you shouldve pulled it last month... too late now. now you have to wait and hope it comes back up.

I guess my dad has lost quite a bit of money on two of his houses. I can't remember how much exactly but I'll ask when I talk to him today or tomorrow. He has 3 houses in Temecula, CA.
