It was hot af this weekend. Went hiking, had a nice Labor Day BBQ. Saw a hit and run after the bars closed on Saturday... dude smoked a taxi van and instantly drove away

I worked all weekend, including yesterday. Off today and tomorrow. Then working Thursday and Friday, off Saturday, and sunday, then working monday night. Switching to nights for four weeks.

Yeah, this was less than a block from the main street and there were tons of people around. I was too far to away to catch the plate but I'm sure someone else did.

Yeah, that kind of sucks :/ I loved my old co-op schedule. M-Thurs 9 hour days, normal 8 hour day on Friday BUT we got every other Friday completely off.

I wish I had 7-7 Monday through Thursday. My old schedule was Mondays off, Tuesday through Saturday. I was okay with that. I just hate working Saturdays.

Headed to the gym for the last time for 2 weeks. I fly out at 5 pm. Get to OKC at 11pm then a 3 hour drive to the hotel.

Guess im in TX this hitch. Hopefully its cooling down a bit

Well, looks like I won't be using my flashpro anytime soon. Since my friends car was totaled months ago, and doesn't have the ECU, there's no way I can get it unlocked without paying $500. Might as well just buy a new one for $700.

Finally got the the hotel at around 4 am this morning and then went pretty much straight to work and am now just getting off. Not a bad start to a hitch but goddamn is it hot in Texas!

Out of frame behind fire truck on left is an IS250 that got clipped by the Navigator before he slammed into the van


Brother heard the boom
Got some ice ready and went out to help
Got a chair for the kid and gave him the bag of ice
I came out, sat by him for a bit and talked to him to just keep him company
He was in the back seat of the van, 1 block from school, met the dashboard
Navigator driver got out and ran away
Navigator front passenger was still there, ended up getting put in back of a cruiser
Navigator rear passenger had most of their head wrapped and taken off
Lady in the Lexus was also taken to a hospital
Mayor came (lives 2 doors down)
Had received a call that the Navi passenger may not make it
After a while, kids dad showed up, they were cleared and left
Navi driver was caught
Ran the sobriety test on him, hope he failed, then after sitting in the back of a cruiser for quite some time, they finally took both away

Took a while to get a couple tow trucks for the two vehicles
Lexus ended up being left unlocked for a few hours (checked lol)
Navi rear passenger was said to be expected to make it

So after all 8 of our areas designated cops showed up, both vehicles were cleared but squad cars still in the road, some dipshit in a Mercedes drives right on through the mess. Way to go, douche.
