Good news:
The recently installed cap is collecting 10K barrels of oil per day.

Bad news:
10K barrels of oil per day is only half the amount of oil leaking from the well.

Good news:
The vast majority of oil leaking into the ocean may be stopped when/if the four open vents on the cap are closed.
