Well, is there anyone out there who has projector headlights with H3 bulbs in them who can help me out? My car looks so freakin retarded when I drive it at nite cuz one of the bulbs has faded to a dull yellowish color instead of being white. GrRRrrRrRr!!

What do those tire numbers stand for? Example: "205/40/17" I know what the last number stands for (the wheel size), but I don't know what the first two stand for.
