1991 civic EX not turning over

Hi. I have a 1991 Honda Civic EX 1.6L Manual transmission.
My problems history:
Car had a high idling RPM and would Jerk like a Horse at 3200 RPM.
I changed the fuel Pump (no solution)
I changed the idle control valve or sensor (no solution)
I changed the distributor (no solution)
I changed the O2 sensor (no solution)
Car was running all that time and burning gas like an 8 cylinder truck and making 20 miles/gallon.
While driving the other day on the freeway, I heard something clicked down below the dashboard and no fuel seem to get the engine. I found out how to diagnose the fuel relay and took it out and re soldered the connection and the car started but same issue.
Finally i decided to change the ECU. I ordered one on ebay and it was the same ECU model # and cranked the car and voila. Car ran for 2 minutes and I decided to pull the ground wire connected to the fuel relay and screwed against the screw that holds, car died and it won't turn over now with the New ECU or the old one. No spark . I am clueless and feel so dumb pulling this ground. I don't know what causes it now to have no spark.

Please please help needed!!!
