1994 Civic DX wont start

I have a 1994 honda civic DX. It is currently not running. When i turn the Key to the start position the starter clicks once then its goes silent. I pulled the starter out and had it tested it works fine. The problem now is i have no idea why the starter wont crank the engine over.

I am also having the same problem and mine is a manual. Like I'm able to kick start it but when I turn the key there is no sign of the engine attempting to turn over and I am completely stumped please help me.

Ok, bypass the ignition circut, and see if it cranks....

.....If it cranks like this, there may be a problem with the ignition switch, or shift position switch......
