hey ive got a black 1999 civic dx coupe, it has no rust at all. Like no at all, its mint. it has 230 kms and its a 5 speed. Its bone stock except trpe r headlights, red cap battery, and a 12 kenwood sup w/clarion deck. Its got a spoiler and tint. Ill have around 1500 to spend on upgrades, im not looking for enine mods, just exaust and cold air(hoping to swap a h22 eventually). what can i do to the exterior to make it look sick till i get my new motor figured out. I wanna stay away from body kits. I want rims and maybe a lip kit. Does anyone have any advice/ ideas/ recomendations?? - thanks remember i live in canada and will run the car in winter.. and im on a budget (1500)
