2005 Civic clutch pedal stays down

Hey guys, need your help!

My car has been in the garage now for 1 week. The clutch was replaced last year and everything went well. Now all of a sudden, the clutch pedal goes down and stays down. They have changed out the slave and the master cylinder for the clutch. They have been trying to bleed it now for 1 week and still the pedal is staying down...do you guys have any tricks up your sleeves? They have vacuum bled it and pressure bled it and still nada!! My poor lil Honda...and all lines have been checked for leaks and none.

There's a chance that the lines are fine, and that the pressure plate isn't pushing the slave back. Can you confirm that the slave isn't moving when you press on the pedal?
