Any way to boost battery for 97 Civic?

I recently had a Pioneer CD player with Blue Tooth installed in my 97 Civic and ever since then my headlights are not as bright. My guess is the newer radio is a larger drain on power than the previous one. Any way to boost the electrical system? I only have 124k miles and love this car, thanks!

They make a piece called shuriken. Its pretty much another battery it works a lot better the a capacitor
