eg8 with 2000 si front..

Ive seen a eg8 with 2000 si front on craigslist for sale but it isnt there anymore..do any of you know what is needed to do that to my eg8? (besides buying the frontend..)

you have to either change the radiator support or modify your current one (which is what everyone does. you just have to bend it in on the corners basically so the bumper fits right. its basically a direct bolt on

You're also goign to have to cut your fenders in half and hte other fenders in half.

It definitely IS NOT a direct bolt on in any sense.

You'll have to cut off the old core support (radiator support), then weld on the new one.

The you're going to have to test fit the hood and fenders, cut the fenders, figure out how to hang the hood without it looking goofy, etc. Not to mention the bolt boles probably won't be the same.

It's not an easy thing to do and it's a pain in the ass, especially if you end up in an accident where you need to replace parts.

Hmm...If its going to be that difficult im just going to put on the coupe front bumper and call it a day..thanx!
