Emissions testing in NC

Can anybody give me the low down on emissions testing for NC meaning do they test there or only in certain areas and does anyone know those areas. Thanks for all and any help

fayetteville does test what i usually do bt it sucks is put on my stock exaust for the test. just do a serch on goole to see what the levels are for nam. hope to see ya around when i get back from iraq.
