Hello,
Yesterday it was almost 20°F I started my Civic 97 and did not focus on the temperature of the car which started rising. The water in the radiator was frozen which I realized later. While I was driving when I saw the temperature guage it was at the top in the red zone and it was too late to realize by then. I heard a heavy bang sound from the hood and when I parked the steam was coming out. I switched off the car and waited for a while then drove another 3 miles slowly to home but still it was heating up Alot. I checked the radiator side which was looking fine but the hoses which were connected to engine were all damp. I want to know if what has been damaged.
