Your spelling is horrendous, so let me do you a favor and translate because you discourage receiving help when people barely understand you.

Translation:
- You purchased a 1989 CRX-Si with a B16 motor that was swapped in.
- You're experiencing an occasional misfire that only occurs at idle.
- You've tried removing one plug at a time to narrow down the misfire location.
- It seems to only randomly misfire at cylinder 3.
- You've replaced the spark plugs and wires but nothing improved.
- Now you'd like advice on what to check to diagnose the issue.

First of all, if you have a misfire it would be experienced at all times and not just at idle. Is your Check Engine Light on? If so, you may take it to AutoZone and have the code scanner run free of charge. You should remove the Distributor Cap to inspect it for any obvious wear or damage. Perhaps you need a new Distributor Cap & Rotor.
