heater core or blower motor gone bad?

Hi there friends of the same interest as me,
I have a gorgeous 95' ej1 my problem is not bad but in Colorado it can be a little annoying. My vents on the dash work superb in surprisingly well thank gosh the floor part on the other hand, let's just say, my lady hates to ride in my car when its cold out :/ also my windshield defroster works but maybe not as well. PLZ HELP! I can't find nothin on google

my vents on the floor don't blow at all the defroster for the front windshield doesn't work very well if any but the vents on the dash blow hot air with no problem
