horn and cruise control don't work.

i have a 99-00 civic si and my horn and cruise control stop working and i have no idea what happen. i check all fuses, under the steering column and under the hood and nothing is blown or missing. Also NO instrumental lights are on too, so i have no idea what it could be.....any help would be great club civic...BTW i thought it might be the clock spring but no srs light and i know that cruise control has it own plug so could one problem cause the other to not work....????

Probably the brake/horn fuse under the hood is blown.

Did you actually test it or just look at it? They can look fine and still be blown.

yea i test it with the yellow tester you get when you buy a big pack of fuses at the auto parts store...fuse still good
