I want to know where the red ignition wire for fog lights does it go. It says it goes to the key on power ignition wire but what is that wire? the black yellow? help please!

This is the power mirrors wires and I want to splice my ignition wire from the fog lights to this power mirrorr wires.

What is the power supply from this power mirror wire? I just want to connect the ignition wire from the fog lights.
