JDM SIR EK bumper/lip on 5th gen?

i have somebody who is trying to sell these parts for "a good price" and i'm wondering if they'll fit on my 93 EX..?

i've tried searching it... but i'm lost... any help is appreciated.

you might be able to get the lip to fit, but the bumper wont.
