Low beam lights not working...?

Hi. I am new to this forum. I just bought a 97 coupe. The previous owner had drivers side headlight hid wired. Right side is stock headlight.. The low beams aren't working. High beams work fine.! Could be the bulbs. Haven't checked yet just got I home literally. But thought maybe there could be another reason any help would be great.

First place to start would be the bulbs. Next check for blown fuses, then look at the wiring. My bet is its all hacked together.

Yea. I'm going to check the bulbs in the morning. Like I said just got her home. The fuses seem to be ok.! I really think it is probly the wiring. But thanks.
