word ^^^, man where have you been living at? in a cave? I wouldn't give more than 8 grand for your car, even though its low miles and turbo. seems low balling, but seriously, I know a guy who bought a 91 nsx for only 8k. But he was a lucky bastard.

21G's for a riced out Civic with a turbo kit? and only 230 to the wheels? Here for 21g's i could pickup a 99-00 Civic Dx, swap in a K20, turbo it, and run ciricles around you and still would save like 4-5g's.

you forgot the $5k+ for labor....unless you know how to do everything yourself.
(and another $3k+ for decent paint)
(and not to mention suspension mods...i'd say easily another $2k+ for a decent set-up)

I don't even want to mention how much my car cost me and I don't even have rear disc brakes.

Part it out you can get if you want to get anywhere close to what you have into it. Especially things like system, indash, all that stuff..then try to sell a bone stock si, its clean so you shouldnt have a problem gettin around 8 for it. But yes i agree 21,000 is a bit to high. Good Luck though.
