Need help with my swap

i have a 1990 ef sedan swap is a 95 b20. The problem i have it idles at 1500 old owner said something about the tps wiring what wiring can i use for it or could it be something else that's causing the idle problem.

this could be several things...

make sure there is no vacuum leak
make sure the throttle cable isn't too tight and is holding the throttle open
make sure the idle adjustment screw isn't backed all the way out
make sure your IACV is working properly
