Even then, I'd buy rims first, and then cut the springs if I couldnt come up with the rest of the money.
That's terrible advice.

How so? Because you think that? Cut stock springs are a 1000X's more safe to run then the crap ebay s**t most people stick on their cars. People have been cutting springs and flipping shackles since the 50's. He wants to go low, not build a tack car. Yes I suggest buying springs if you can afford them, but I wouldnt put them before rims.

I spent $450, got a brand new set of Tein S.techs, and some used enkie rims with 4 good tires on them.
