check coolant level, see if the temp gauge gets to operating temp. Could be a thermo stuck on open. When you crank the setting to 4 do you feel air coming out? If so rule out the blower motor.

I finally dumped my hatch all the way and I love the ride. Im on 13 inch winter steelies now. Being that low it actually feels a tiny bit stiffer then stock and im dropped on sk2 sport shocks and sk2 coilover sleeves. You'd think the ride on your setup would be smoother.....
