i'm guessing at least 15's which isn't bad for our sohc guys....but u should do more internal work before u start shooting NOS though..but everybody has there own opinions...good luck bro...

s**t mid to low 15's is still decent for a 5,000 dollar grocery getter with a few tweaks here and there.
got try that with a ford festiva and see if it makes it all the way down the track...

Reaction time has nothing to do with 1/4 ET times...all reaction does is tell you how good you are at following the staging lights. Your 60' time is probably the best 1/4 indicator, so "its all about getting a good [60 foot time] to make a good pass". 8)

Give me a Festiva and 5K. And it would run low 12's and high 11's. Gotta love the 2.3L Turbo Motor swap..

a civic and five k can get you 11's too
i was talking about a 5000 dollar car (book value) plus a couple upgrades
just about any car you dump 5k into will go reasonably fast.

5000 into an si might see 11's..but into a dx or any other trim...no f'ing way...not without blowing up anyways..

fuel upgrades $500
tuning $800
forged rods and pistons $300
cam $200
deck strengthening $150
gutted interior and shaved extra weight $free

definitely do-able for less than 5k
and ther's money left in case you can't/don't want to install yourself
and will definitely run 11's all day

the only difference when it's boosted is the b breathes a little better and the cams can be adjusted seperately
11 pounds of boost through a 1.6 liter engine is quite a bit no matter how many cams you have.
