I've been tanking all day in instances. I'm having such a hard time keeping aggro... and mages haven't learned to control themselves yet. They pull so much aggro from me.

It is fun though. Definitely more challenging than mage dps

I just began to play again. I actually missed playing a bit! The random "Hey wanna join my guild" whispers are becoming irritating though.

20 days in and up to level 49. Not too bad considering I'm also juggling graduate school prep and a job.

Some times I feel being a druid is cheating. I kill things 5 levels higher than me without too much of a worry. Low on health? Shapeshift to bear and stun, back to tauren, heal and HoT, then right back to cat form and continue where I left off. lol. It's great.

Can't wait to hit 50 so I can do some Alterac Valley.

Same, actually tried selling my account cause a few buddies were gonna start playing again come Cata (reroll from the start)... but it is hella freaking hard to sell an account anywhere. So I guess my account will lay dormant til cata comes around and then will start playing again... game just seems lack luster right now.

I don't know, but I'm hoping they'll release the release date at Blizzcon. If they don't... I'm going to start doubting a 2010 release date.

by far the easiest classes to level are pally and warlock. both classes can pull and kill large groups of mobs with ease. druid comes 3rd in ease of leveling in my opinion

i'm not sure how i feel about warlocks. i started a warlock toon on a different server to play with a friend... and i miss my hordie hunter. love having him as a tank. no pulling aggro for me. XD

I would actually say leveling as a Blood DK is boarder line the same as paladin/warlock... huge health pool with amazing HP regen. Never rolled a druid... so couldn't put my two cents on that. I would say though by far the funnest class to level was rogue... especially on a PVP server, just absolute pleasure... unless someone had a upper level rogue buddy with them... then it got very interesting.

And dont Locks start off with a minion now? My lock has been mid 70's for awhile and never really kept up on the whats what with them.

you can train it really early. something like level 5, i think.

kinda unfair that you can't get a pet as a hunter until level 10. o__O having a tank is important for either one, so... wtf.

Warlocks are fun. I made a mage as my very first character but at level 19, my account ended up getting banned because they couldn't charge my credit card for some reason when I went to upgrade from trial to a regular account. So then I made a warlock. I've had him for almost 3 years now.

Before ICC came out when it was ToTC, Ulduar, Naxx, etc., I pulled so much aggro in my guild raids. I loved it. My threat gen was ridiculous. I was even spec'd into that skill that reduces threat gen by like 10% (can't think of the name). I was always top damage done.

Then I made a druid, pally, DK, now Shaman. DK just sits lol. I think I'm just gonna do the daily heroic on him and weekly and just use the frost badges to farm primordial saronites to make gold. I hate him. My shaman has under 4 days played time on it (I cheated).

Its funny... people either love dk's or they hate em... and I find its usually caster classes (start out that way) are the ones that do. I started with a paladin and find that caster classes are a flat out bore to level.

Same. I've never liked melee. Even back when I played Diablo2. I always made a Sorcerer every time I would quit and come back.

Although I'm considering making a ret pally or rogue for PvP because they just rape.
