nice nice.....dont lose it all TOO fast though.....you dont want a ton of extra sloppy skin.....ugh....

it should be easier for you, because you KNOW you can lose weight....now you just have to convince yourself that it will be better for you in the long run to lose it slowly, and evenly....

im gonna try and update at the end of this week....i havent weighed myself in probbly 2 or 3 weeks, and ive been out of a town a few times since then, and wasnt really focusing on my diet, so im guessing ive actually gained weight.....but im going back on my usual nutritional pattern, so we'll see what happens....

oh, and i should have some recipes up throughout the day :thumbs up

funny you mention that - the guy that wrote this book (ab's diet) was David Zinczenko, Editor-in-Chief of Men's Health magazine (or at least he was at the time the book was written)

i used to make this for breakfast, kind of a spinoff of something in the book.....

1 honey wheet english muffin (toasted)
1 egg cooked in microwave
1 slice of fat-free cheese
2 slices turkey

a pinch of season-salt, and you got a freakin awesome breakfast sandwich

meh whatever works man lol

but quick thing for anyone who absolutely HAS to have a soda every now and then. yes it was mentioned how diet sodas are bad because of the aspartame, but there are a few sodas out now that are sweetening with splenda...one of which is from Kroger i believe and its called Diet Rite Pure Zero (its diet cola). i'm sure there's something wrong with splenda too, but until someone tells me about it, i dont know of anything
