while doing my timing belt change i took advantage of the down time,

I've shaved the valve cover, and sandblasted all the old off,
i cut a piece of thick sheet metal to cover my wires, and etch primed it today, this go around, I'm going to make mine much nicer than most i sell, so heres progress.

if you can smell self etching primer, your lungs are deteriating while you breathe, thats the un-smartest thing you could ever do, you do realize it has metals mixing together that litterly eat into other metal, that includes soft tissue. Saftey is always first.

i choose to make mine better than anyones :D

It's done. Have you seen my car it goes on? it' matches, as it's gloss black flawlessly, with the same color matt finished wheels as the cover.

Sometimes less is so much more in person.

do realize the center is flush when on the car and it too has stainless allen heads that tie the color in.
