I have a jdm b16 sir2. It has a 10.4 CR is that too high for boost? I was thinking getting a thicker headgasket to lower the cr. Is it safe to do that? and how much will it drop?

I was looking to get the full race proam traction bar for my 98 civic ex. I was wondering if the new front mount that comes with the traction bar will work if im running a/c. Ive seen pics of the front mount but no one was running a/c. If i get the pro am will i be able to use the front mount?

Yea thats what im thinking but what bushings and if they are worn how can i look n tell if they are? The car maybe has like 100,***+ i dunno beacuse that car is swapped and has a different cluster. But i recently hit a bad curb so that can probably cause it? I got the car aligned and everything...
