01 LX Transmission Swap

Hey guys, my brothers 2'nd gear went out so we bought a new tranny with 10k miles.
Now I need some pages from the service manual or a link to a build thread so we can swap em out. I ordered a manual but it still hasnt arrived.

Also what fluid would you recommend for the tranny? Brand will most likely be Syncromesh, but what specific one?

And last, how much torque on the bolts holding the tranny on?

Defintely use OEM MTF honda fluid.

i heard synchromesh is good, but i still wouldn't use it. Some people use 10w30 engine oil but i would stick with OEM fluid and change it regularly.
